Returns And Exchanges
Exchanges: For change of mind, the item must be in its original purchase state - this includes all product tags and barcodes are attatched to the item, with a reciept for proof of purchase. We unfortunately do not offer refunds for change of mind and you will be offered an exchange or credit note.
Contact us by email at inlandsurfwgl@gmail.com before sending back items with a copy of your proof of purchase, your reason for returning your item or items and we will contact you within 24-48 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: Credit notes cannot be used online, we are able to process credit notes over the phone and have the item sent out to you.
