RETURNS/EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES: For Change of Mind, the item must be in its original purchase state. The product tags must be still attached, in its original packaging and a receipt for proof of purchase. This is for an Exchange or Credit note and must be within 31 days of your original purchase date. 

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Please contact us at inlandpeter@dcsi.net.au before sending back any items. Any returns will be done at the customers own cost. Please state in your email whether you would prefer another item sent out or a credit note. Credit notes come with a 12 month expiry. They cannot be used on the online website but we would be happy to process one for you over the phone /email and send the goods out. 

Exchanges : For Change of Mind, the receipt, product tag & original packaging MUST be kept to obtain an Exchange OR Credit note, and Within 31 days of your original purchase date.

Refunds : We do NOT Refund for change of mind
